Wind Talkin' Poem by Grant House

Wind Talkin'

Wind talkin' in the trees
Mother tongue of the world
Says
Stand here in awe
Be this breeze
Take it in
Wind talkin' in the trees
Says
This fragrance
This movement
These mountains
Creeks and clouds
Are who you are
Ocean inside you
Wide open spaces in your eyes
Wind talkin'
Mother of your mother's mother's mother and hers
Says
Let me in
Now, come out to play with me
Wind talkin' in the trees
Says all this from deep inside you
Outside
and
Within
