Beautiful poem Joseph. The flesh is indeed weak, but the spirit is indestructible.
I agree with this very lovely write Joe. As we all grow older and we surely will our outlook on love itself should get better. Eyesight may dim and miss every whim, Walking may be slow as we all know, love may grow old but still stands bold. Love never fails. Oh how I love thee let me count the ways. These words are a womans dream. Made my heart flutter. Truly enjoyed.
Sure she will love thee for you are nice with words to boot and luvli thoughts too.uavaniceday...uavaniceday
Love is sweet what ever time of life we have. A very lovely poem Jo.
Joseph, you touched here on the essentials of love. Being IN love is infatuation that comes and goes but Love (without the 'in') is something completely different. It is the lovely things we do for each other and the feeling follows. The more we give in such a 'LOVE' the more we get. You wrote here in very melodious words and in excellent rhyme one of the fantastic aspects of true love. Excllent work, Joseph, very inspiring.
