Absolutely terrific, Richard. The title can be read as an oxymoron. The observation that poverty is embedded in material wealth also suggests a profound human contradiction. How can we win any race, weighed down by material possessions? This one goes to myfavourites.

Great, great written, comeback to the human race. But is it worth it? Loved this poem the way its written so vivid, so poetically graphic, and yet directly present and alive. Gets right to you in a most spectacular way! Wonderful work, Richard! A sure favorite, thank you
