Why, Our World Will Always Need Batman
A Poetic Manifesto
As light turns to dark in this world...
And Gotham City remains in dark ink
And all other Superheroes remain a work of fiction
The depiction of a Real Dark Knight in life remains
A serious possibility...
To be rich, and have a heart of gold
And a vigilante mind could be a sign of the times
And want to better this world we live in
And want to rescue the suffering, vulnerable ones
From the recesses of tormentation,
Could go along way in its formation.
You see, the Dark Knight is an ideal
Anyone could be the Batman in truth...
His super powers are wealth and technology now;
And a pseudonym in an imploring image and mask
And these days our cities are far worse
Over run with crime, that undermines
Us all...
So, the institution of the Dark Knight
Is not as far fetched as the darkness
That binds us to the tunnel of solar light dying to shine;
And emit a radiant light similar to the symbol of a Bat...
Shining from a turbulent real spotlight
Calling for anyone in our world to rise
Up and dawn a real 'Dark Knight' suit...
In good faith and intentions.
Long Live The Batman
Long Live The Batman
Long Live The Batman
The Dark Crusader...
