i had to add this one to MyPoemList just in case you delete it some day.....no other reason. ha ha. They fall to the ground with one big plop. this line made me laugh. but why not? after all i write about farts and colonoscopies. though i am NOT a teardrop, i seem to have the stomach-knotting effect on my dear wife at times. and i think at those times she would like to send ME to the ocean depths. we are only about 10 miles from the pacific ocean, so it wouldn't be much of a trip. thanks for sharing. bri
Wow this is really an excellent write. A good explanation on how the tears fall and travels. Tears are salty to the taste and cleanses the heart, mind, body and soul. I have a poem called Tear Drop stop by and take a look.
Lovely said, Tears will well up in the eyes.I am start to fall by neck, cheek etc.....i enjoy it thanks
but...........have you answered the question? ? ? doesn't the salt get lost during the journey? or maybe you really don't know the answer and my initial assumption...........that you were blaming the salty tears for the ocean's salinity...............was a poor assumption. yeah, maybe that's it. bri :) a nice journey you've taken us on. thanks. speaking strictly as an American male, if i were a tear, i would definitely hang around a while at your chest and SKIP your intestines! !
