Fictitious it may be, but still very powerful. It grabbed me from the start and would not let me go. Wonderful work.

A boundless emptiness often fills my space The question –‘What next’ stares at my face Yet never shall I yield, but shall bravely sail Hoping, we together shall meet at the Golden Dale....touching expression with a bright hope. Beautiful poem so nicely executed. Thanks for shaing.

What else a man can do? If someone very dear and necessary for our life is no more, we can only expect to meet him on the Golden Gate.

i agree the 'note' is appreciated (though not needed for my enjoyment) and the whole poem is a pleasure to read. i especially enjoy that you use rhymes. i put the poem and you in my 'lists'. someday when i 'have more time' or just am unable to spend my time differently i hope i will be able to look into my 'lists' and enjoy more poems by you and others. you did not answer my previously asked question what kind of professor are you? , but that's ok. thanks for sharing. bri

An exquisite poem rendered with such excellence, though fanciful and fictitious is very stimulating, ! The poem held me spell bound with its musical flow rhyme and rhythm.Simply great, Valsa!
