Why does love hurt?
Is it to teach us something
Or just to leave us burned?
Leave us in pieces of pain

Does it have a part to play?
Or just to leave us broken
And yearning to move on
To try and forget

Why cant it not be rainbows?
Rainbows and Unicorns
Something you dont regret
Thats as sweet as honey

Why are love and tears in union?
Just to have one without the other
Thats all i enquire
Just to be love with no cries
