Why do you mistrust? I can relate. Perhaps, you are as I, trusting and open. It seems when we are consider and kind those who need us the most, take us for granted. What to do? I have learned that it is not about me. When they hurl pain, it is not our pain, it is their pain, and they know not what they do.
When we think about the mistrust that people have upon others, we have to go long way back when they were babies. According to the psychological point of view, the babies who are left alone with the uncaring caretakers, they will develop this insecurity when they were very small between the age of one month and eighteen months. the feeling of pain that we are talking about nowadays also acquired during such negligence.
