FINAL: Often, those she chose were the most prominent of the lines, the ones that were the most evocative and meaningful. Most of the capitalized words in this piece relate directly to God and are capitalized in order to show reverence.

A revisist to this magnificent poem about Emily's belief in God.There is no single definitive reason why Dickinson capitalized on the words she did.

It is one of my favourite poems by Emily Dickinson.Love is so a natural process that it does not answer a question ' why '.Love happens naturally and it is felt without any reasoning.

Natural, automatic, spontaneous! The great poetess speaks about the truth and universal urge of unquestionable, sincere and a truthful love....The title explains that 'why' in precise way...This great poem has a perpetual value intensity till the sunrise and lightning exist in this world.

Congratulations being chosen as The Classic Poem Of The Day.5 Stars full on Top for her beloved family (in greater circle, since dear Emily remained unmarried) so her vision is her own vision upon Love. I like that very much, be your own!

Creator needs no creation for its existence but creation needs creator always. This is a devotional poem. Yes poems can be interpreted in msny ways but knowing the intentions of poet enlighten the glory of poem. Thank-you for making me do this.

Emily portrays love in general as a reasonless feeling. 'SHE' loves 'HIM' without an objective because it comes and feels natural to do so. What other greater is there to love? For Her it simply because the 'HE' exists. Emilly has used less words to bring out a wonderful message.
