A lotus bud
eagerly waiting for sunrise
for its petals to bloom
the glimpse of sunlight
makes it shine in this earth
the freshness, the colour
the texture, the glitter
the euphoria, the thrill
make its own world of love
it is not even aware
its lifespan, for a few hours
on this blissful event
the silent message deciphered:
after years of penance
you are blessed with human birth
the whole atmosphere
embracing you with love
why can't you enjoy?
