Who Writes Better? Poem by Emmanuel Joseph Olumakiss

Who Writes Better?

Rating: 5.0

Who writes better;
Does it really matter?
Should this equally makes me worried?
Or deny me a daily meal
Though I might not write to ones taste
But I got to put in my best
And ensure my message is delivered
Though many write for a living
Others do this for beefing
But so far I am breathing
I am not going to leave writing
Probably my onions aren't that much
To spice up the dish in a like manner
Do not be afraid to recite my name
When my flow is undeserving
Instead to indulge in a silent coup
To down play my effort
Most times this I do out of joy
When trying to catch up with time
To brighten up ones face
Bring that you felt you've got
Lets garnish together the meal
And make life palatable
For no one is an island my friend
It is worth of joy we blend
With the little we both can offer
To make the world a safer place
None should feel better than the other.
