Who Would Believe This

Who Would Believe

Who would believe a Saviour would come
In such an unlikely fashion
To fasten our heart's to His love
To serve Him with unwavering passion
Who else could we go to
To deal with the results of our sin
None other has the resources at hand
Praise God there's none other like Him!

And to do so so willingly
To go to an old rugged Cross
To carry our sin and the burden of it
To offer eternal life back unto us
Swiftly my heart now praise Him
What a wonderful Saviour is He
To love me and to forgive me
In spite of my sin history

O I acknowledge my need of Him
I acknowledge it everyday
And thank Him for His loving companionship
As we walk along the way
Bless the Lord O my soul
And for all of His benefits
Unwise it the ending of a life that says
" I will have none of it! "

Heaven is awaiting your prayer
The Angles are ready to rejoice
God is eager to send you His Spirit
Upon hearing your repentant heart's voice
God be merciful to me a sinner
My sins I know have been no secret to You
I now repent with all of my heart
I'm ready to live my life anew!
I now repent with all of my heart
I'm ready to live my life anew!

Hallelujah what a Saviour!
