Who Will Stop Comments

or, 'who' is the cause sounds more appropriate with the 'whom'..... If Americans could only even consider this poem, perhaps we'd exit the two wars that seem to be mysteries that manifested for our honor, all the while our country searches for answers to the new elevated levels of poverty and depression. I hope we figure it out over here. Thanks for sharing such valuable ideas.
