Beautiful.......I'm welling up.......I've been to lots of funerals recently but also had lots of happy moments including several at funerals........I do love the yearning to be in company as we pass, something which my wife and I hold dear.....I've been away from the site for sometime and missed it greatly but I've come back with some new offerings......Thank you Valerie, great to be back.

A very touching poem, whehe the confusions and doubts were very correctly said. You may read my 2 poems 1) at the point of your end... and thereafter 2) After the end

Truly beautiful, searching words to find truth, harmony and peace at the end which will only be the beginning of Paradise!

Too sad even for tears. The beauty of this work does balance out the sadness but how many can identify with the feelings here, so completely and masterfully said. Only the very great poets can make you feel joy or pain thru their words. Valerie Dohren does it each time.

A very Beautiful poem sung with melancholic lines. Each lines are touching as if poured from heart. Loved reading it. Thanks for sharing with us.
