I often wonder this myself. I am sure all that are important will be so. Written elegantly and leaves one pondering Who'll Be There?

This is brilliant- you can exress your raw emotions into poetry which makes the reader truly connect with the poem. A great poem, which asks us what man has asked for centuries, who will be there when we need them the most. Good write

Oh, so lovely to read your poem, here as: I’m one of the members who hold your hands. All those who love you are standing by. We all are those who like to hear your voices. I am treating you as one of my teachers.

if your beloved cannot be there with you... rest assured, an angel will be there :) Very deep poem, very much on many peoples minds - especially in these challenging days, thank you for writing what many dare not think, let alone speak....

I liked the restrained emotion that was beautifully expressed, because here the poet is talking about going (death) and a death-bed scene. In spite of it, there is a halo of light around this one!

You should listen to the Country singer George Jones 'He Stopped Loving Her Today.' You may find the answer in that song!

This poem, once again, well expressed. It touches on a subject many face when they are sick or at the end of their lifetime. This, another 10. Thank you...keep writing.
