i have wings
but cannot fly
i have a heart
but cannot feel
i have a mind
but cannot think
im half dead but still alive

i cry and cry
but its unheard
i try and try
but there is no way
i lost my place but im still here

i look and stare
but i see nothing
i open my mouth
but nothing comes out
what can i do that i havent done

i take a step
but i mess up
i turn around
so does my life
now i have to face a whole different thing

i shake my head
and my life falls around me
i shut my mouth
and my feelings get locked in
what can i do that doesnt hurt me
