Who Can We Blame? for Missing The Train. Poem by Sandra Feldman

Who Can We Blame? for Missing The Train.

Rating: 5.0

Way down in the
Dumps!
Regarding,
Inhuman atrocities
That make us
Wish we had
No feelings
As we see,
That nothing
Really!
Has changed,
Except that now
We're clad in
Robes of grand
Couturiers,
Which does not
Impede
That abuse and lies
Never stop!
And for
Peace and Trust
To come along
Someday?
Makes life
All the sadder
And more difficult
As some,
Intelligent human
Insiders,
Might, rightly say...

Sadly so true! .. As long as we are here on earth it mostly will not stop. I guess all we can do is live as Christ like, as we can, , , And Pray and Hope other hearts may too! ..

Yes, peace and trust are indeed very elusive in this chaotic world: full of abuses and lies. A very perceptive poem.

A very, very thought provoking and powerful title that grips a reader to go over the whole write. I can feel the frustrations in this powerful poem. They resonate to many of us. A moving poem well expressed.
