Who Can Say What Love Is Poem by Ludolf Dauphin

Who Can Say What Love Is

Rating: 4.5

Love is warmth,
tender and pain
Love is happiness, passion.
Love is the flame
that warms our innermost core,
Like the ticklish feeling
down our spine.
Love is innate,
which breath alive our heart.
Love is deceit, obsession,
which is more than one could bear
Love is infatuation, lust.
Love is poetic,
lilies and lilac,
love is babies innocent smiles
Love defies darkness,
true love, and even destiny.
Love creeps into our heart,
as silent cries in vain.
Love is not fair at all.
Love plays our heart, its many rhymes.
Love is time, so quick and brimful,
Love is a tragedy, and yet
such a sweet dream.
