Stunning and captivating expression. Beautiful poem on anticipation and humor.I want to quote some lines here.. . My efforts will not be in vain, And somewhere in the ages hereafter Someone will read them again And see the need through my prism And somehow recognize why Those words were torn from the bosom Of one so unworthy as I. Thanks for sharing.

All of the words I want to say Some other poet has said - I loved these 2 opening lines. So many beautiful poems Express what I want to express; For me to say it again - I also loved these one because, that is something mutual or common amongst poets. Thank you for sharing.

You are absolutely right when it comes to this poem. Everyone expresses their own thoughts feelings and words differently through poetry. I like how you use the use of imagery and rhyming to portray what you are saying. Keep up the good work!

Everyone expresses their thoughts and emotions in their own unique way, and every voice wants to be heard! I have self doubt with my own writing all the time...I will think...hmmm... it's pretty good.... but then I read other poets works, that are much more complicated and intellectual, and I'm filled with self doubt, because my poems are very short and simple.... but.... I put it out there anyway, hoping that at least one person might be touched by it in some way...Lovely poem...just keep sharing those expressions!

Who Am I is the most pleasant poem I read this morning..It really touched my heart! I find it so sincere, so bright and so encouraging. Having read it, I remember how I began. I do remember my own first attempts of writing poetry, and that set of fears which oftenly accompanied me: of not proving myself skilled enough, of having approached themes and topics that belong to other poets/models, or are already established by others, of not being sure if I have succeeded in delivering the message or the meaning I wanted, and the list could go on and on. I guess that, in the end, we're all dealing with the same hardship. What is more important is that we all have a voice, and all we have to do is to work hard to perfect ourselves, in order to discover it. And yes, to leave our fears behind, to allow the true self to reveal who we really are in the poetry we leave for others to read. You are a remarkable poet. Thank you so much for letting me know of your work!

amazing, nice work. The same thought I have and seems I have written something relating to this. that is why Solomon said there is nothing new under heaven. but yet, we must not silent because our mind is truly 'crying out for expression'
