Yes, cigarettes are very addicting but it is nice to know there is help for people who 'want' to quit. Sad to say that not much will help unless the person 'wants' to stop. But being an ex-smoker, I can relate to these kinds of poems. I used to smoke almost 3 packs a day. I am happy to be about 7 years free from them now. I may have gone a bit bonkers without them at first, may be a bit bonkers now, but I am happy to be free of them and I am sure so are other people around me. Thanks for all you efforts in trying to tell the truth about smoking. Good poem.Sincerely, Connie Webb
