Whispers by the Sea
By Bonifacio Alba
Beneath the gold of sinking light,
They walk as one in fading night—
Barefoot souls on softened sand,
Two hearts held in a tender hand.
The ocean hums a gentle tune,
As waves kiss shores in time with June.
Her dress, a sail in evening breeze,
His eyes, the calm of endless seas.
They speak no word, yet all is said,
In every step the past is shed.
The world fades out to just this place—
Her laughing eyes, his warm embrace.
The sun bows low, the skies ignite,
And paints their love in amber light.
Each footprint left, a sacred sign
Of lives once separate, now aligned.
Let storms arise, let dark winds cry—
They've found their truth beneath the sky.
Where ocean meets the twilight's reach,
Two lovers bloom upon the beach.
