I want nothing more

Than to be where you are

I want to hear you sing

Or just lie there

And listen to you breathe.

We could lay there

And not speak a word

Lost in the serenity

of the words

left unspoken

for so long

now pouring out like rain falling from the sky

Our hearts beating as one

Letting time pass us by

You hold me close

Catching all the tears I cry

I’ve been away

For so long My love

But now I’m here to stay.

So grab my hand

lets run away

by your side

I want to stay.
