Where The Silence Speaks Poem by Linus Kithinji Njeru

Where The Silence Speaks

Ded. AW

In quiet hours, when stars lean low,
Your name returns like evening glow
Soft, familiar, warm and bright,
A secret fire in deepest night.

Your laughter lingers in my skin,
A thousand touches held within.
Your gaze—a song I still replay,
A rhythm that won't drift away.

You are the calm I crave to keep,
The whispered wind that stirs my sleep.
A petal's grace, a summer rain,
The sweetest balm for every pain.

In your nearness, I've found a place
Where time dissolves in your embrace.
A glance, a breath—those moments grew
Into a world made just of you.

I long to find that space once more,
Behind the smiles, beyond the door—
To trace the light along your hair,
To find my solace waiting there.

Let's steal a moment, you and I,
Where no one asks the how or why.
Just time enough to feel, to be—
The way your presence sets me free.

No need for words that name too much,
The truth is told in every touch.
You are the peace my heart still knows,
The bloom that through all seasons grows.

So if you hear this quiet plea,
Know that it comes respectfully.
But also with a hunger true—
For time again, alone with you.
