My take on this is that the boy too should be considered, however the bill motion is not progressive at all. Thanks for sharing Rose.
This will be a drawback in Kenya if the bill goes through Rose.Quite unfortunate.
Is it indeed factual that a person has a legal right requiring a partner to cease sexual activity during intercourse if requested to? Or is this poetic license? I question this on grounds not of impulse or heat-of-the-moment practicalities, but more along the lines of some kind of entrapment once consent is granted to have intercourse whether that consent can be rescinded mid act. I'm not looking for a fight, I want to know where the line between poem and fact is in this piece of literature. Thank you.
Dear Lantz Thanks for your question. Poetic license comes with some moral and factual responsibility too. To rest your debate, refer to the ‘declaration of sexual rights Sep 2014’ and the teens sexual rights by pamf.org. Let me know after that if you are in the mood of a fight.
Thanks for sharing Rose, something that law makers need to ponder about at the interest of Kenyan children
