i cant promise to make you glad
but i will cry with you

if you are having a bad day
i cant promise to know what to say
but i will listen to you

if you feel like your not worthwhile
i cant promise to make you smile
but i will come and hold your hand

if you feel lost and dont have a clue
i cant promise to know what to do
but i will stand at your side

if you feel like running away
i cant promise to ask you to stay
but i will run with you

if i am not there one day
come to see if im okay
cause perhaps i need you
