I enjoyed the poem's allusion to itself... as well as your style. Heavy metaphor and blurred yet transcendental meaning abound, reminscent of my own works. One can't help but feel this way, referring to the tone of this poem, but ultimately in the wake of life one is either swallowed by pessimism or carried with optimism. The last stanza left the impression that we're all travelling on the same path of life, and whether you're waiting, searching, or 'swimming' the path will just carry on. Cool stuff.
In between two enormous truth 'Life and Death'... We all have variety of deeds Long long ways, deep dreams As long as the heart beats We carry on all illusions along with us. Good one.... enjoyed... dear poet.
u took my breath away in this poem.. very inspiring! !
The title and first line stretch out to be read. There is really beautiful imagery in your poem. The last stanza said it all for me. Lovely! Top marks! Karin Anderson
