Whenever I Pray Poem by Aarzoo Mehek

Whenever I Pray

Rating: 5.0

Whenever I pray
In the wee hours of night
My tears become the scaffold
My heart fabricates an association
As my sajdah of shukr protracts
And my ibadath extends
My soul dances in euphoria
In the vast realm ofAllah swt
I accept,
Supplications are the only means
To draw consideration of Allah swt.

It's so benign, humble and pure. A silent prayer that emanates right from the heart reaches at the threshold of the God Almighty- its ultimate destination. Thanks for sharing this marvel.
