When You See God Face-To-Face How Would You Plead Your Case? Poem by Frank Yue

When You See God Face-To-Face How Would You Plead Your Case?

When you see God face-to-face
How would you plead your case?
Despite all the obstructions and temptations
Have you faithfully followed His instructions?

And what have you done on Earth
To claim your Heavenly worth?
Have you fed your brothers and sisters when they're hungry?
Have you given them something to drink when they're thirsty?

Have you clothed them when they have very little to wear?
For your sisters and brothers have you really cared?
Have you ever visited them in their prison
Without any special reason?

What you do to the least of My members, you see,
You do it to Me!
Every departed soul
Attests to its faithful role!

Nice balm. I don't believe in god, but I believe in the generosity of your theme.
