In secret we met, in silence I grieve. The poet only grieves recalling her deceit

THREE: I can never forget his poem She walks in Beauty. Greatest Beauty in the poem.. To my opinion he was an excellent poet in writing heart touching poems.

TWO: He was famously described by Lady Caroline Lamb as 'mad, bad and dangerous to know'. It has been speculated that he suffered from bipolar. Great poet great poems but died very young at the age of 36

Byron was celebrated in life for aristocratic excesses including huge debts, numerous love affairs, rumours of a scandalous incestuous liaison with his half-sister, and self-imposed exile.

'If I should meet thee After long years, How should I greet thee? - With silence and tears.' - Wonderful! I am deeply touched by the solemnity and sobriety that lie between the lines of the poems.

I totally agree, so devastating the fact that in this day and age (2019) its all gone down hill in the poetry industry: (I just we could go back to my day where noone was on these stupid gadgets and would go to the park instead and read poems. Oh how life has changed, Callum

Euphony is nicely used in in secret we met..... all over rhythm is fairly ok. Likewise other poems of Byron in this too he laments.
