Even though we are getting older,
When we still feel forever young,
Our soul will remember everything,
In our lives which we have done.
Throughout our lives we will have illnesses,
Like common colds and coughs,
We have happy and sad times,
Just like peaks and troughs.
Through live we will have memories,
Some through music and song,
Many will be happy times,
Others remind you of loved ones gone.
No matter how your life turns out,
Your journey is imprinted in your soul,
Whether it's a good or bad decisions,
Or if you hit your own life's goal.
Even if your body starts to fail,
As life takes its toil later on,
Your soul retains your memories,
For eternity once life moves on.
