" Citizen's" or " Citizens' " ? and " need to be [or " need be" ] heard" ...i think. :) i like the sentiment(s) poetically projected. a LOT of people try to work for what they believe is best for citizens, but the outcome is not as all would like. and some may NOT " work for....for citizens" . that's life! : ( bri :) thanks for sharing

There is much truth in what you have tried to project through this poem! Only a system that takes into account the welfare of all or at least of the majority can leave a lasting effect! Well put!
