The poem just takes the reader out there in the country, the view so vividly expressed one can smell the grass and feel the breeze. Excellent poetry!

I never rode a horse and to be honest, they always intimidated me. Or bit me. However, I love the atmosphere of this poem and the implied camaraderie and fun being had, by a bunch of hard working guys. I can almost be there.
