When Some Flowers Are Waking Up (A Love Poem; First Published In The 'spillwords' Magazine)

When some flowers are waking up
from their deep slumber in remote hills,
in a crimson dawn,

I wish to gift you the moment.

When a crowd is surging in rush
office hours, for a very precious train,
I wish to gift you

the invaluable train, empty.

When the lonely sailor on a
boat in a forgotten river, blares out
his favorite song, I wish to gift

you the lyric and the river.

Imagine miles of hot, red sand
under a blazing sun and you
need to walk on …

A camel, invisible, is ready to shoulder you further.
