When Love Ran Red! Poem by Oyelakin Gbolahan

When Love Ran Red!

Rating: 5.0

Love is Living, Love is Life, Love is Divine!

Love is always like every dream come true!

Love is -

Like the peace of the ocean that conquers all chaos,
Like the grace of a race that makes the ace,
Like the goodness of the sunshine that puts unending smiles to faces,
Like the beautiful shawl that shapes the heart and cuddles the love of the Lover and his beloved;
Like the wings of the eagle that glides above all distractions into the silence of immanence.

Love is -

Like a wildfire scoops on a bosom to blossom that must always be aflame without shame,
Like the contagious firestorm rapidly spreading with great intensity through the arteries of our lives,
Like infallible words so sharp and powerful that pierce through the fierce heart,
Like a symphony producing harmony in a melodious and memorable ceremony,
Like the glory of the holy One that conveys the lonely heart into the splendor of the King's honor,
Like a transcendental mystery too astounding and unexpectedly wonderful to become a history.

Love is -
Like the stoop of a falcon that closes out all doubts and drives away all fears,
Like the way of an ophidian that vanquishes its unrepentant foes with irreconcilable woes,
Like the sunbeam that radiates the Shekinah glory of the Creator of the Universe and Multiverse or Omniverse,
Like the power of the Word that holds the fulcrum of all things;

Our lives a tapestry of grace in the Hands of Him who has weaved us together,
And painted us on the canvas that no thread will ever fray.

The Grand Weaver's work of art a mystery beyond all earthly measures,
Your love for us a masterpiece unparalleled and unequal;
Love orchestrated in our lives by the Author of grace divine,
For His Love for us is Holy, pure and centerpiece.

Love to us is life; life to us is beautiful for love to us is beautiful!
