When I Was Younger



When I was younger,
I asked God for knowledge.
When given,
I learned that intellect
Is far from being knowledgeable.
But knowledge is something much more.
A new look at life was given,
A faithful and passionate soul
Was enlightened
And given a higher meaning.
To bless those lives
Who have been blinded
By the worlds lie.
