I had a second hand rose childhood too Charles, but I was the eldest of 6 and the mother figure. I truly wish it had been carefree, but I will make sure my boys childhoods will be and that is what it taught me. I really enjoyed this trip back to the good/bad old days. 10 from smiling Tai

A powerful vivid description of ones childhood and the struggles one experiences. In particular I like the point you make that as a child you was oblivious to the hardship and lost yourself in your dreams.
