Interesting for a prose poem. Most prose poems are jam packed full of imagery, and I'm not seeing much of that here. It might be better in poetic format. Good ideas though! Certainly creative! Leslie, don't comment on your own poems. :)

I think it's a very nice poem. But, did you make it so that it looks loks prose on purpose?

^.^ This is a poem both about death or about someone leaving. One may move, or go away for a short period of time, and we'll still miss them. Either way you look at it, this poem makes the reader think about all of his/her past experiences that they may have had.
