When I Am Alone Poem by Kenneth Maswabi

When I Am Alone

I crave the sight of silence
The incredible moment when silence is born
All thoughts are crystallized
And emotions are cleared
By the beautiful face of silence
Silence overwhelms my heart
As i bow down before the illuminated presence
Taking a sip from the purified spring of Love
Silence envelopes me with the perfect bliss
Unleashing a sense of serenity within the walls of my being
I am a creature of silence
My soul is addicted to the fruits of silence
In my private garden of Love
I have planted the seed of silence
I have nourished the art of silence
I am more alive when I am silent
