This has been countless people's struggles. writing helps. keep writing and keep helping

it is a deep and meaningful poem, maybe just fix a few things in the way you write it, don't change everything just a couple of things. like with devious it takes you piece by piece, consuming, each piece try and use a different word that means the same thing because it just sounds a little off having the word piece bunched together like that. but that is my opinion :)) overall it is a very beautiful poem. and I hope you will write more! :))

I'd like to add to this by adding that depression is not a feeling, it just is and once its there it dominates everything else.

Boy.. at one point or another i can say we have probably all suffered from depression. Your details are accurate. I like how it flows as though regular conversation.. the sound of the Y (as in E) is used throughout... i dunno if that was intentional but it was cool GOOD JOB!
