Whatever Burden Poem by Michael Walkerjohn

Whatever Burden

Sincerity lacks
things unified tomorrow
yesterday's burden

rake over a soul
between what a goddamn lacks
charity's burden

the lost gee turns black
any lost gene gets appalled
what good are humans?

minorities lack
unavoidable God Smack!
what the phuuck is that?

tax is barbarous
unavoidable for sure
what are things; for sure?

tomorrow must die
today was not all of that
personal burdens
