What words that blessed the disciples
And gave them focused vision
He's not here... He's alive!
Praise God the Lord has risen
When Mary shared that testimony
The disciples could hardly contain
They ran into His very tomb
And empty out they came
Yes His linen clothes were there
There was no doubt about that
But where was the body wrapped in them
Where was Jesus at
They soon would find some answers
To that question they did relish
When along with the Lord
They ate some bread and fish
Praise God for the glory of it
This three day temple raised
Jesus Christ in human form
May Jesus Christ be praised
God with us Immanuel
The Creator of this earth
Offering us so great Salvation
Through the process of new birth
Now nearer is my God to me
Through Jesus Christ The Son
I have forgiveness for my sin
Each and every one
Hallelujah for the Cross
For the Lamb for sinner's slain
Hallelujah for His Resurrection power
Praise God that Jesus came!
