What Will You Do?

What will you do when void of peace?
When day turns into night
When gentile times have come to cease
And doors are locked up tight

Make no mistake the day will dawn
When man will seek to die
Cursing the day that they were born
Cursing God’s name on high

What will you do when Satan’s loose?
When fearful men run wild?
When rape’s considered mere abuse
And easily reconciled

When murder’s seen as commonplace
When theft’s a bagatelle
What will you do without God’s grace?
Along the road to hell

Consider now the state you’re in
Consider life at large
Consider too your walk of sin
And who is now in charge

Are you in charge of all you do?
Content with all you’ve done
Or is there something now you rue
That once you thought was fun

Are you prepared to stand in court?
To see your Judge’s face
Would God be pleased with your report?
The sum of your disgrace

Consider now what’s deep inside
Would judgement see you free?
Or are there things you’d care to hide
That no one else should see…….
