What Summer Has Tossed Poem by james watkin

What Summer Has Tossed

What Summer has tossed
On passion-fruit's wall
Is that blotch, unwiped;
Spreads elliptical.

Conserve of blaze, on
Old recipes based.
To be tongue's imprint;
As mind's, unerased.
