As my Mother would say, Fiddlesticks! ! ! ! You have a splendid reputation among the poets here on PH- -note Kim Barney's comment below! And you do combine truth with style, ... your very own unique way of seeing things combined with what I call your snapshot style. You don't have to live up to anything- -you're already out there ahead of us forging your way through life in your inimical way, doing it your way [insert Frank Sinatra here] I cannot thank you enough for this honor! ! Here I go again- -I'm running a copy of this off and pinning it on my cork board above my computer on which I am writing my novel series. That's a treasured place, you know- -I'll set this poem right smack between note to me - [[[[[TIME. Time is motiff.]]]]] - - and note to me- - [[[[RENAME HIM. even you are confusing him with Mr. Red]]]]]. So you see, every day I will check out my Notes to Self and read this sweet poem before writing. Thank you, dear friend, you have been such a huge support to me through these uncertain times. You are what these lines are referring to: As helping, Or taking someone's hand.

This is listed on the home page of PH today as one of the three 'new poems' they highlight each day. As soon as I saw the title, I said to myself: 'That has to be one of Sandra Feldman's poems! ' You always have a way of conveying truth, not only in your poems, but in your titles. Well done on both!
