Love is one of the most complex and the strongest feelings.Yes it hits without knowledge.It baffles one when he or she is overwhelmed by the feelings of love, questioning whether it is real or not, whether it should or should not as it is.Only the lover knows whether it is true or not.It varies according to one's perception.

It's difficult to define a real love, everyone has his own definition. What I think if I become helpless before someone and that someone becomes decisive in all my acts I love that someone and when my thinking is controlled I say it's true love.

This love thing has many meanings attach to it depending on how he/she experience it. I must say that, you've done well with your writing on definition of love, I love how you buttress your point in this poem, its a great poem.

Real love would be from someone who accepts you just as you are and doesn't feel the need to change or improve you. Also someone whom you can be your total self with and not fear humiliation. I believe when it's real love you just have this innate knowing that they're the one meant for you.
