Your poem pulls no punches. In a more compressed version, '#1 08 (to help me keep track of the poems I post in 2008) I've Got News for You, ' I agree with you. I am not saying that confessional stream of consciousness writing cannot be poetry. But, some of the stuff I read belongs in a diary to help someone vent. I also do not favor a stilted, extrem New Criticism sytle of writing. Within that wide range there is a lot of poetry I like and try to write. Tom
