I respect the people who know and read them; Make no fun of people who pray to a tree, stone or motif. I love the people who care for others. And learn from them. I try not to hurt people And value their thoughts, words, actions.........it is the real prayer. A poem on prayer, dear Roop Rekha madam, you have so nicely and wisely presented. Each and every lines are stunning.I like this poem very much.....10
I believe I have just made a space in my heart for you. I have exposed the truth of yourself in this poem and it is very endearing. A very beautiful poem Roop.
i am glad you connected with this poem. and thank you so much for the beautiful comment Tanya
These are my sentiments exactly! Your mastering of words to fills my mind with imagery.
You are a fine person as you respect all and make fun of none, a character of a true poet.
He is not light, He is not beam, He is not earth nor sky He is not animal nor tree, He is not water nor cloud He is only one who created all these. He is only one who worthy to be worshipped
Very simple poem but opened many things to urge about existence practicing religion with prayer for god. Here is the thing when we worship some thing we should think Why we should worship and for what Here our point of view is worshipping is must who created us. and the things which are visible or comes our feelings are creations. so these things are not worthy to be worshipped. This is the purpose of life. And the book which conveys messages of God to human kind is must be followed up
never question or mention about Him he is light and beam
Very very nyc poem....if God resides in you it shows in your character
Faith in God and oneself expressed in a simple and straight manner.Good poem Write more faith poems, please.
This is the right spirit of a believer. The knowledge that there is a super power beyond all of us and that we should be loyal and subservient to it is the greatest knowledge! All hulla bulla in the name of religion is meaningless!
Beautiful write. Prayer has mighty power. It does not recognise race or religion. Invite you to read my poem I SEARCHED YOU and drop your valuable comments. Regards.
I have ‘Belief’ in my heart and ‘Faith’ in my prayer. I know that God resides in me; And so, have to be fair in all I do. Now- If you ask me what is religion? Who and where is God? how true your last lines- the real God is over and beyond all religions. it is the truth. we can never monopolize a God. thank you very much tony
