What For Each Of The Two Veils Poem by james watkin

What For Each Of The Two Veils

What for each of the two veils
Mirror's, and dimmer
Reflects, whose reputes, if long-stood
Warmly hand-shook, smiled
Prevents, into the true self
True sight to enter.
One, the fake; one the insincere.
God's likeness defiled!
