A good depiction of man inhumanity to man. It's a well articulated piece of poetry, nicely penned with spiritual insight. The sad and tragic story of the toddler is an indication of how man has turned the Earth into Hell. Thanks for writing this poem Nithya.

I have no words to express my appreciation for this poem which has deftly spun the canvas upon which religious fundamentalists, zealots and bigots have spread the blood of innocent people all over the world. Thanks. I quote: Man knows only the language of hatred / Your innocent smile cannot / Move their hearts, my little one

A wonderful, poignant poem, Nithya. I wrote a piece called: Inhumanity (Tanka) about this. Thank you for sharing. Peace
