What Do Eyes Speak Poem by Mehta Hasmukh Amathaal

What Do Eyes Speak

Rating: 5.0

What do eyes speak?
Trying to sneak?
Taking me to peak?
Making me weak?
Is it trick?
Am I sick?

Nothing of that sort
She has control and support
Can anchor the ship and take at port
Hopefully can maintain cordial relation with rapport
So kind and can never think to retort?
Good to find in her nice resort

What you want to convey?
I am at total dismay
As if left at bay
Hope and ray
A good day

Nice and curly
Spread so beautifully
Teeth too bright and shining
Remind me of very good evening
Dark clouds with thunder and hidden silver linings

Let it stay as it is
Not to touch or tease
Let her be calm and at ease
Let me see and observe silence with peace
